Yes, LVR Bridal is open by appointment only. This allows each bride to have privacy with the entire space to herself and her guests. Brides also receive our full attention and support during their fitting.

All of the styles that we sell are exclusively made to order with 4 - 6 month lead times. Once you have selected your chosen style, we take your measurements and match them to the closest size, specific to each designers size chart. Once your deposit is paid, the production of your dress will start at the atelier.

Our samples range from UK10 - UK12 and a few UK 8 and UK14 samples.

Our dresses and separates range from $1,300 - $19,000 NZD, with the majority sitting around the $7,000 mark.

We recommend beginning your search 12 months before your wedding date. This gives you ample time to explore different styles and designers, time to reflect on different styles, and possibly book a retry appointment before committing to your dress.

Time frames differ from designer to designer, we suggest ordering your dress 8-10 months before your wedding date. Our designers require up to 4-6 months to hand make your chosen dress, then we allow an additional 2 weeks for shipping from the atelier to our boutique. Leaving an 8-12 week window for styling and any alterations.

Yes, absolutely! Each of our designers offer different ‘rush’ timeframes that are available at an extra charge. If this sounds like an option for you, let us know and we can help you as best as we can. We do however require 100% payment upon order for all ‘rush’ orders.

We recommend bringing along a few of your most trusted friends or family members to your initial fitting. LVR comfortably hosts you and up to three guests, please reach out if you’d like to bring any extra guests and we will do our best to accommodate your group.

Yes! We definitely think photos and videos can help when you are deciding between a few styles. They’re also a lovely memory to look back on after your wedding day.

We recommend the Upper Symonds St Car Park, 226 Symonds Street, Grafton. This is a paid carpark that frequently has spaces available, and is right opposite our boutique.

We do not currently offer in-house alterations, however we are happy to recommend seamstresses nearby for you could visit.
